Please be inform the Board of Directors for the Granite Gate Homeowners Association has approved a proposal for the refurbishing of the community gates. After careful consideration, the Board voted to approve a vendor who will refurbish the gates, instead of replacing them. This was the most cost effective and aesthetically pleasing option. As such, one section of the gate will be removed on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 and will be transported for refurbishment. This section of the gate will be returned sometime before Christmas 2020. The Board of Directors has contracted with this vendor to complete the other section of the gate in 2021.
